Life would be very different if it was possible to change the world around you just by daydreaming about it. Thanks to Swatch, skate legend Andy Anderson has found a way to do exactly that in his new film project ‘Skate Break’!
In ‘Skate Break’, Andy only needs to glance at his Swatch watch for wherever he is to be transformed into the ultimate awesome skateable environment. He has the chance to bust some serious moves in ordinary places – including an office and out on the streets – that become extraordinary in this parallel world.
The designers and builders of the ‘Skate Break’ world are the Zenga Bros. They are renowned multi-disciplinary artists, designers, fabricators, and filmmakers who have worked with Andy on multiple film projects over the years.
In ‘Skate Break’, Andy’s artistry and creativity are front and center in a custom-built set where everything is rideable. For a person like Andy who eats, sleeps, and breathes skating, everyday furniture becomes the ultimate challenge. The film also offers the viewer a unique perspective on how Andy sees the world: as a place to innovate, create – and skate!

As well as his epic skills, pro skater and proud Olympian Andy is known for his standout style. His trademark look, which includes the ever-present protective helmet, is a distinctive blend of old and new that can also be seen in the watches he wears. He loves his Swatch watches so much that he wears two or more at a time — a throwback to 1980s fashion!
Currently, on Andy’s wrist is his very own watch, TIME WITH ANDY ANDERSON. With its striking yellow and black color palette, the intricate design considers the interconnectedness of the world and represents Andy’s favorite places to skate. A handwritten note inside the packaging rounds out the idea of interconnectedness and gives fans and enthusiasts an in-depth insight into how Andy sees the world.
