Swatch welcomes to its Proteam one of the fastest MTB downhill riders in the world.

Born in the Rockies in 1999 to parents who love to ski and bike, Finn Iles lived his childhood on the trails of Whistler and has mountain biking in his blood. Time is what you make of it, and Finn is an athlete who intends to set the fastest times on the trails. He is the latest athlete to bring his blistering speed to the Swatch Proteam.

Soon after swapping ski racing for MTB age 14. It wasn’t long before Finn took the junior MTB scene by storm, winning all but one of the World Cup races. Aged 14, Finn lobbied the organisers of the Whistler Crankworx, Whip Off World Championships to let him compete, even though he wasn’t old enough. He won the event and became an instant sensation on the international MTB scene.

Since joining the Specialized Gravity team in 2018, Finn has become a popular, ‘must watch' rider thanks to his riding style and sensational speed. He is firmly established as a top 10 UCI Elite DH rider, scoring first place at the 2021 Canadian National DH MTB Championships and second place at the 2022 UCO WC Lourdes, France, which confirm his status as one of the sport's elite riders.
