Assistant Store Manager (all genders)
Job description
- Execute sales responsibility of the store
- Provide customer service to Swatch customers in the Corporate Store environment
- Handle the day to day operations of the shop including merchandise display, inventory replenishment and POS system operation
Job description
- Assist the Boutique Manager to achieve both the sales and non-sales objectives of the boutique
- Provide sales supervision in the selling floor and monitor the service standard
- Support the Shop Manager in performance management e.g. Evaluation and motivation of sales staff, staff disciplines
- Keep good stock management and merchandising display in boutique
- Take charge of the general shop administration to keep the operation runs smoothly
- Monitor and review target stock level together with customer needs/buying trends, and advise the Shop Manager of any suggestions necessary to increase sales
- Collect comments for analysis & reporting purposes and report to Shop Manager accordingly

- Secondary school or above
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service industry

- Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin, basic English

- Rest day: 8 days per month / PH: 17 days / AL: 13- 17 days

- Convert walk-in traffic into clients, creating excitement and desire around the product.
- Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Assist customers in making selections by building customer confidence, being proactive in offering suggestions and sharing product knowledge.
- Gather customer feedbacks and share best practices within the organization.
Sales
- Contribute to Team’s effort to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Take necessary steps to reach objectives linked to KPI’s.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales activities, payment and exchanges policies.
- Process payments ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
Product Knowledge
- Share storytelling and benefits related to collections with customers.
- Attend product training sessions to continuously enhance product/Brand knowledge.
- Gather knowledge about latest trends in the retail and watch industry.
Store Operations
- Maintain an orderly and welcoming sales floor at all times.
- Assist with repairs, change of straps and batteries.
- Handling of cash register and settlements.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and checking in new stock.
- Support with visual merchandising implementation and constantly make sure it remains visually appealing.
Team Collaboration
- Self-starter with strong team-player approach to exceed Team objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and actively contribute to new projects.
- Assist in training new employees if needed.
