Job description

En tant qu’Associé de Ventes Swatch, vous relèverez du Responsable de Magasin et serez responsable de l’atteinte des objectifs de vente. Vous agirez en tant qu’Ambassadeur de la Marque Swatch tout en incarnant les Compétences Clés de Swatch : Orientation Client, Recherche de Résultats, Créativité, Résolution de Problèmes, Humilité, Intégrité, Création d’Équipes et de Relations Efficaces.

Salaire de base de départ de 17.05$ de l’heure, plus prime mensuelle de performance.

Responsabilités:

  • Service Client & Génération de Ventes: Offrir un service client exceptionnel en assistant les clients et en résolvant les problèmes avec une attitude positive. Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente grâce à une excellente connaissance des produits.
  • Opérations: Soutenir les opérations quotidiennes, y compris le traitement des ventes et des retours, la gestion des stocks, et le respect des politiques et procédures opérationnelles.
  • Marchandisage Visuel: Aider à maintenir les standards visuels du magasin en suivant les directives de marchandisage visuel. Contribuer à la propreté et à l’organisation du magasin.
  • Conformité: Respecter les normes de sécurité au travail.

Conditions de Travail:

Le travail s’effectue avec un effort physique modéré et nécessite de marcher et de rester debout pendant la majeure partie de chaque quart de travail. Bien que ce poste présente un faible risque de blessure, il nécessite de soulever, pousser, tirer et porter (jusqu’à 35 lb et plus avec un soutien approprié) des boîtes et des présentoirs, ainsi qu’une concentration importante lors de la gestion de documents, de la caisse ou de l’utilisation du système de point de vente (POS).

Statut d’Emploi:

Temps Partiel: En moyenne 10 heures par semaine. Doit maintenir une disponibilité ouverte pour répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise et peut être amené à travailler plus de 10 heures par semaine, y compris certains jours fériés et périodes de pointe.

Job description

As a Swatch Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for achieving sales targets. You will act as a Swatch Brand Ambassador while embodying Swatch Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Creativity, Problem-Solving, Humility, Integrity, Building Effective Teams and Relationships.

Starting base pay of $16.10 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service & Sales Generation: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive attitude. Achieve and exceed sales targets though outstanding product knowledge.
  • Operations: Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adhering to operation policies and procedures.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store’s visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines. Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Compliance: Uphold workplace safety standards.

Working Conditions: 

Work is performed with moderate physical effort is required and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as, significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS

Employment Status:

Part-Time: 10 hours per week on average. Must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 10 hours per week, including certain holidays and blackout dates.
