- Manage all the visual merchandising campaigns for the collaboration
- Creation of the VM concept and Guidelines
- Work closely with the HQ departments: retail team, advertising, communication, event, product managment
- Work in collaboration with all markets to guide them (new store opening and new launches)
- Brief the suppliers and creation of samples
- Main responsible for the collaborations with OMEGA and Blancpain
- VM responsible for American markets (incl CA, USA, MX and LATAM) and Switzerland
- Development / design of VM new tools

Job description

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aktive Beratung und Verkauf unserer Produkte im Store (Swatch und Flik Flak)
  • Sicherstellung eines herzlichen Empfangs sowie eines zuvorkommenden Kundenservices
  • Attraktive Präsentation unserer Produkte im Store gemäss den visuellen Vorgaben
  • Verantwortung für die korrekte Bedienung und Abrechnung an der Kasse
  • Durchführung kleiner Servicearbeiten wie Batteriewechsel und Anpassungen von Uhrenarmbändern
  • Sicherstellung eines gepflegten und einladenden Erscheinungsbild des Stores 
  • Entgegennahme von Lieferungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Warenbewirtschaftung

  • Develop customer excellence training programs focused on luxury behaviors, emotional intelligence, and elevated client interactions.
  • Build coaching tools and learning resources to support store managers and trainers in reinforcing learning on the shop floor.
  • Produce blended learning journeys combining digital, virtual, and in‑person formats for global deployment.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Retail teams to ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and operational relevance.
  • Leverage learning analytics to measure impact, optimize content, and enhance learner engagement across markets.
