To reinforce the Retail International team at Swatch Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, we are currently searching for a:

RETAIL PERFORMANCE SUPPORT MANAGER 100%

Job description

In this function, you are a member of the Retail International Team and ensure the flow of communication and information within the sales team and the markets on a daily basis. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Strengthen Swatch’s market position by streamlining Retail distribution and by maximizing a qualitative future omnichannel distribution
  • Collaborate strongly with RM in his/her region to boost sales performance and enhance customer experience
  • Act as a brand ambassador and connect markets and all relevant stakeholders in Swatch HQ

Consolidation of Global Retail Sales & create consistent growth on a LFL base

  • Support local Retail teams to drive performance and create a consistent brand approach
  • Analysis and optimisation of sales performance in all markets
  • Monitoring and highlighting sales trends, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Support with market analysis and spotting best practises from other markets in her/ his region
  • Link between markets and HQ
  • Ensure communication on Product, Retail, Marketing and Corporate strategy
  • Support retail manager in optimisation of VM and stock levels (especially in new locations)
  • Follow up on renovation and new projects through retail net from planning the POS, over to physical opening and establishing a consistent growth on the long term
  • Guide the RM for POS openings and create synergies with other departments in HQ
  • Provide analyses, such as sell out and markets retail statistics and sales reports
  • Collect markets & shipment forecast and consolidate risk overview
  • Collects POS reporting from markets and assemble GL reports/ executive summarys out of them to represent the markets to the board
  • Creating and controlling a variety of reports related to Sales and Retail KPI`S as well as analysis for all POS
  • Ensure Product & Launch information in all markets

Profile

You bring a commercial degree with 2-5 years’ work experience as Area- or Retail manager. Professional qualification as a manager is a must. In addition, you are proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Autonomous, proactive, and responsible, in this position your flexibility, dynamism, attention to detail and organisational skills will be called upon. In liaising directly with people, your extraordinary customer service and communication skills will also be a great asset.

Team player, open minded and with high flexibility skills, you are motivated and capable to cope with various requests at once and to work in a fast moving, ever changing environment.

Languages

In addition, you are fluent in both English and German. French or Italian would be a plus.
