We are looking for a person enthusiastic both about Retail and Store Design, who will proactively contribute to projects’ development and bring his/her knowhow and expertise gained during the years of study and work experience.
You will be responsible for the design and implementation of corporate store openings and refits.
Your activities will include:
- Independently overseeing the construction or refit projects of the assigned Stores;
- Supervising project management phases from conception to realisation, identifying potential criticalities and possible solutions;
- Identifying project implementation costs, presenting them to the Management for formal approval;
- Ensuring the start-up and progress of assigned projects on time and within the assigned budget, obtaining necessary authorisations required by law;
- Supervising the tendering process and the construction phase of projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, practices and procedures in the fields of construction, urban planning, administration, H&S;
- Interfacing with company functions involved in the realisation of projects, both in Italy and in HQ, overseeing the relationship so as to work in synergy and share timely information relevant to the management of entrusted projects;
- Proactively informing different stakeholders on progress/completion status of the assigned projects;
- Contributing to the drafting of the "road-map" of projects.

We are looking for a person enthusiastic about retail channel and analytics, who wants to acquire an overview of Retail Operations function and develop organisational and analytical skills, proactively contributing to projects’ development and bringing his/her knowhow and expertise gained during years of study.
Your activities will include:
- Support the Retail Coordinator in the production of reports for management and our HQ and "Power Point" presentations related to special projects, ensuring in a precise and proactive manner the correct execution of assigned tasks;
- Actively collaborate with Retail Operations function in the drafting of analyses and reports, processing of shop material, translation of product guidelines;
- Supporting the Retail Coordinator in management of stock controlling and other activities related to the development of retail network.
- Contribute to the development of further activities requested by management with initiative, curiosity and speed of thought and action
- Support the Retail Coordinator in management of internal audit activities within our stores, ensuring that deadlines are met.
