We are looking for a person enthusiastic both about Retail and Store Design, who will proactively contribute to projects’ development and bring his/her knowhow and expertise gained during the years of study and work experience.
You will be responsible for the design and implementation of corporate store openings and refits.
Your activities will include:
- Independently overseeing the construction or refit projects of the assigned Stores;
- Supervising project management phases from conception to realisation, identifying potential criticalities and possible solutions;
- Identifying project implementation costs, presenting them to the Management for formal approval;
- Ensuring the start-up and progress of assigned projects on time and within the assigned budget, obtaining necessary authorisations required by law;
- Supervising the tendering process and the construction phase of projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, practices and procedures in the fields of construction, urban planning, administration, H&S;
- Interfacing with company functions involved in the realisation of projects, both in Italy and in HQ, overseeing the relationship so as to work in synergy and share timely information relevant to the management of entrusted projects;
- Proactively informing different stakeholders on progress/completion status of the assigned projects;
- Contributing to the drafting of the "road-map" of projects.

Il vostro profilo
To be successful in this role, we imagine you to have:
- Degree in Architecture, Interior design or equivalent;
- Proven experience in the role of at least 5 years in companies operating in retail channel, either as an employee or as a freelancer;
- Good knowledge of the relevant regulations (building, town planning, administrative and health, safety and environment) is required;
- Excellent knowledge in use of technical and surveying instruments;
- Good experience in use of Autocad and photoshop;
- Good experience in use of Excel;
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout the Country;
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Planning skills, excellent organisational and problem solving abilities are required.
Conoscenze delle lingue
Excellent knowledge of English language is essential
