Swatch Group Pension Fund

You’ll be insured in accordance with the bylaws and regulations of the Swatch Group Pension Fund against the economic consequences of old age, disability, and disease. This pension fund offers advantages above and beyond what is required by Swiss law, such as better pension payments and the possibility of retiring earlier.

Vacation time

At Swatch, we value work-life balance and understand the importance of taking time off to rest and recharge. That's why we provide you with up to seven weeks of vacation per year, ensuring you have ample opportunity to relax and spend time with your loved ones. 

Health and wellness

Swatch provides comprehensive coverage to guarantee your income in case of illness or accidents, above and beyond legal requirements. We also provide you a monthly allowance to help cover the cost of health insurance. 

Parental leave

After the birth of a child, female employees are entitled to maternity leave of 19 weeks, fully paid. Other parents are entitled to 3 weeks of fully paid leave. If eligible, employees with children receive a generous birth allowance as well as a monthly child allowance.

With the Swatch Group employee discount, you can treat yourself to new Swatches regularly. In addition, you can buy watches and other Swatch Group products at very attractive prices.

Mobility

At Swatch HQ in Biel, you can enjoy free parking. You can also benefit from the free use of Velospot bikes. If you’re looking to purchase a new car, you can benefit from a company discount on most car brands.

Long service awards

Loyalty deserves to be rewarded. This appreciation takes the form of premiums and/or additional vacation days. The award is progressive depending on your years of service and can reach a full month’s salary.

Designed by the visionary architect Shigeru Ban, it stretches across 240 meters, ranking among the world’s largest timber structures.
