My Swatch X You personalised watch is damaged or not working. What can I do?

You can take your watch to a Swatch Store or send it directly to a Service Center with a copy of the delivery note.
Please remember to attach a cover letter stating exactly what has to be done and include your contact details.
All Swatch watches are covered by a 24 month International warranty. The delivery note received with your Swatch X You acts as 24 month International warranty.

My Swatch X You personalised watch is damaged or not working. Can I exchange it with another design?

If your watch is still under warranty, we can only propose replacing your watch with the same exact Swatch X You. Please take your watch to a Swatch Store or send it directly to a Service Center with a copy of the delivery note. Please remember to take or send a copy of the delivery note received with the watch.

I received a Swatch X You personalised watch as a gift and it is damaged or not working. What can I do?

You can take your watch to a Swatch Store or send it directly to a Service Center with a copy of the delivery note.

If you don't have the delivery note, please contact the person who gave you the gift.

Can I return my Swatch X You personalised watch if I don't like it?

No, there is no return for those products except if there is a quality issue. Please double-check your selection before purchasing.

I received a Swatch X You personalised watch as a gift but I don't like it. Can I exchange it?

No, unfortunately, Swatch X You personalised watches can't be returned.

Can I upload my own picture?

No, it is not possible to upload your own design.

I cannot find the same design I have printed on my Swatch X You watch. How can I get the same design?

As part of the Swatch X You concept, we limit the availability and update the designs on a regular basis. If the design artwork is not available anymore, it cannot be used to design a new watch. We can only reproduce past designs for warranty cases.

I have identified deviations with regards to the colours and position of the watch between what I have configured Online and how the watch actually looks. What can I do?

As there are different devices & screen resolutions, there can be slight color or design deviations between the Online configurator and the watch you have received. We consider these slight deviations as a normal part of the Online personalisation process.
However, if you experience any issues on the quality of the print (e.g. blurred colors, scratches, marks etc.) please follow the procedure for a damaged watch as mentioned above.

Why does the shipping process take longer for a Swatch X You personalised watch? What happens if I have one ordinary Swatch watch and one personalised watch in one order?

We estimate max. 3 additional days for the production process of a Swatch X You personalised watch.
In addition to these 3 days you can count the normal order processing time plus the delivery time
based on your shipping method choice. If you order an ordinary watch together with a Swatch X You personalised watch, they will be shipped both together.
