The delivery options, terms and costs are as indicated on the check-out page before your purchase and within the order confirmation.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES?
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Freight Forwarders.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
The below delivery option timeframes begin once orders have shipped:
• Standard Ground (typically arrives within 5-10 business days)
• 2nd Day (Arrives within two business days)
• Overnight (Next business day)
HOLIDAY ORDERS
Free extended return period (all holiday orders from November 25th – December 31st have extended returns through January 31st).
For delivery by Xmas, order by (noon ET):
• December 16th (Ground)
• December 20th (Second Day)
• December 22nd (Next Business Day)
For Personalized Swatch and Flik Flak watches, add two additional days for processing.
All watch orders placed between Nov. 25th – Dec 31st 2024, qualify for extended returns until Jan 31st 2025.
SHIPPING ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Your shipping address is checked by our system for security reasons and to guarantee the best delivery time. Our address verification software package is updated regularly and contains all valid addresses from the United States of America. You will be asked to change your shipping address if this address is not recognized. Should you have any problems with the address validation, please call Customer Service at 1-866-379-2824 (From 9 AM to 6 PM EST Monday through Friday.)
CAN I SHIP PURCHASES SEPARATELY
Yes, you can send purchases separately. During the check out process, please check the available options under ship products to several addresses.
DOES SWATCH.COM SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We're sorry, at this time orders can only be shipped in the Continental United States and Hawaii. We cannot ship items to U.S territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, and U.S. Virgin Islands).
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER/SHIPMENT?

Actual delivery times will vary based on method of shipment chosen and your geographic location.
Swatch watches are laser sealed and therefore cannot be repaired, only replaced. All Swatch watches come with a two (2) year warranty on the internal movements of the watch. If such movements prove to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, Swatch will replace your watch with the same model or a similar model free of charge.
